Welcome back to our website for the redevelopment of 57-61 Lea Road, Southall.
Following our virtual consultation last year with our scheme for the site and our subsequent planning application, we have further developed our proposals. We are proposing 37 much needed new homes for Southall with new landscaping around the buildings.

Our Vision for the Site
Our proposals for the site include:

37 much needed new homes for Southall to help meet housing need in Ealing.

Affordable units including shared ownership and social rented homes.

A mix of new homes suitable for couples and small families

A green, sustainable building to replace old buildings on the site.

Making the site greener by planting new trees, shrubs and planters.
Changes to the Proposal
This is a revised scheme taking into consideration the comments by Local Residents providing high quality deliverable scheme.

Reduced mass of North Block to 2 storeys with a third storey set further in from the main façade, no of units reduced from 46 to 37.

Reoriented the North Block so this is set further away from the properties on both Lea Road and Gordon Road.

Increased amenity space on the site providing an opportunity for play space and soft landscaping.

Green roofs

Improved mix of units for couples and small families (38% Two person homes, 57% Three/Four person homes, 5% Five person homes)

Affordable housing.
